People make this out to be complicated when it isn’t at all. The most difficult part is locating where on earth you put the tape measure.
Follow the simple steps below. Each will give you your Austrlian bra size. You may also visit our handy international size conversion chart.
- Measure your ‘band’ size. Run the tape measure flat on your skin (not loose or tight) around your ribcage just below your breasts. Find your measurement in the first column of the table below. You’ll find your band size in the column next to it. EXAMPLE: With a 74cm measurement you are band size 12.
- Measure your ‘cup’ size. Position the tape measure around your back and across your bust at it’s largest point. In the table below run along your band size row until you find your measurement. When you look to the top of this column it shows your cup size. EXAMPLE: A measurement of 90cm for band size 12 means you are a ’B’ cup.
- Now just put your band size and cup together to get your bra size. EXAMPLE: 12B
