If a customer returns goods, they can then choose either: an exchange for goods to the same value, or for goods to a higher value where the customer pays the difference, or have a Gift Voucher issued for future redemption of goods.

A refund will only be given in the event a customer’s chosen product is out of stock and the customer prefers a refund to the option of an exchange item. If the item was purchased using a Gift or Promotional Voucher the refund will not be given as cash but as a replacement Voucher.
We offer a FREEPOST return service within Australia.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. For reasons of hygiene we regret hosiery items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers must return items within 21 days of receipt. For simplicity this is taken to be 25 days from order within Australia and 31 days from order for international customers. We will not refund postage costs, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf.
