The delivery principles of Cherry Noire are rapid delivery, low cost and international coverage.
- Within Australia
We use the fastest service provided by Australia Post, Express Post. This guarantees next working day delivery into the CBD districts of Australia’s capital cities, so long as you order before 12pm WST, 2pm EST. For orders placed after this time you will receive delivery in 2 working days. If you’re outside the CBD standard delivery time is 4 working days from the day you order.

Allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. Need it (...or want it) faster, see our ‘Speedier’ delivery option below.
We’re more than happy to arrange a courier service for your order. This will be quoted, and if agreed subsequently charged, to the customer at cost. Contact us to see just how quickly we can get your lingerie to you.

We appreciate you’re busy people so we’ve relieved you of this requirement for ‘Standard’ delivery.
However, should your package go missing through the delivery process we would require your signature for any future deliveries. Also a customer’s claim for replacement product will be honoured at the discretion of Cherry Noire and only an exact item replacement will be permitted e.g. an expensive item cannot be replaced with multiple lower-priced lingerie.
A signature will likely be required on our ‘Speedier’ delivery option and where packages which will not fit through your letter box are taken back to a depot for collection. All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. If you have any queries contact us, although please be aware in some instances we will need to refer you to the carrier for assistance.
We endeavour always only to have items in stock on our website. If, however, any items you’ve ordered are out of stock a member of our Customer Service team will contact you immediately and offer you an alternative or a refund.
If one or more items you’ve ordered are out of stock we will ship them to you as they become available in multiple packages. In this instance Cherry Noire will pay postage on any packages it is necessary to send after your first delivery. You will be advised by email (or telephone if you do not have an email address) if your order will be sent in multiple packages or if we are unable to complete your order.
Orders may be delivered to business or residential addresses. You may have different billing and shipping addresses and you can add new addresses at your own convenience.
If one of our delivery contractors returns your package to us, we will notify you of this via email and arrange to re-send your package. This will be free of any additional delivery charge world-wide.
Lingerie makes a fabulous Christmas present To ensure your gifts arrive on time, we recommend you place orders for Australia by 18th December and for the rest of the world by 10th December.
